Our Latest Statement of Belief

3rd Jun 2023

Our Current ‘Statement of Belief’ will be I notice we are the same and are different.

Time to think: Our community is a rich and diverse community made up of different peoples from different backgrounds. It is what makes our SJF family such a special one. We celebrate our diversity and give thanks for the way it enriches our school, our lives and our experiences. We know that we are all children of God, and so it is important to always show respect to one another.

In our world there is still so much division and mistrust, so it is important, especially at this time of war in Ukraine, to focus on the things that we share in common, remembering that these things will always be greater, in the end, than that which separates and divides us.

Why do you think some people worry about difference or even fear it?
