Our Latest Statement of Belief

19th Jun 2022

Our next ‘Statement of Belief’ is: “I try to forgive people when they hurt me”

Time to talk: Together you could think about what the word forgiveness means.

Why is it so important?

Why is it so hard to forgive those who hurt us or let us down?

Why does Jesus challenge us to try to forgive others when they hurt us?

Can you remember a time when you showed someone forgiveness and when someone showed you forgiveness too?

How does it feel after you have offered or received forgiveness?

How can offering the gift of forgiveness help make our world a better place?
