Our Latest BYB Challenge of the Week!

21st Mar 2025

The latest ‘Beat Your Best Challenge’ designed by our Sports Majors uses a rugby ball, and is aimed at developing throwing skills.

The aim of the challenge is to pass the rugby ball in groups of three or in in pairs, accurately and under control. How many passes can the group manage in 30 seconds? The challenge can be increased or decreased by:

  • increasing or decreasing the distance between pairs/threes
  • increasing or decreasing the time they have to make as many passes as they can

Can also think of your own additional challenges?

Please find the Sports Majors on the playground at break-time and have a go. Will you beat your best?
