Thank you to everyone who took part in the last 'Beat Your Best' challenge! There certainly were some great tennis skills on show!

This week’s 'Beat Your Best; challenge has an ‘Around-the-World’ theme.

How many times do you think you can pass the ball around your waist in 60 seconds?

If you think that this challenge is too easy why not see how many times you can pass your ball through your legs from your right hand to your left in under a minute?
