This week’s Beat Your Best will test your throwing aim and accuracy.

The Sports Majors want to challenge you and a partner (or even more people if you want) to throw a ball between you, taking a step backwards after each successful throw and catch.

If you drop the ball, then your pair (or group) have to return to the starting position.

How far will you get?

Will you manage to beat your best?
