This week’s Beat Your Best will be my last at SJF! As it’s my last, I would like to say thank you to everyone who has participated – I’ve loved watching you all beat your best!
This week, our Sports Majors’ challenge will test javelin throwing skills with the challenge being to throw a foam javelin as far as you can – but within the cones.
Jog/skip/run to collect your javelin to get your heart beating.
