Our Latest BYB Challenge!

23rd May 2025

The latest Beat Your Best challenge, designed by our Sports Majors, is called 'Target Throw'! The aim of the challenge is to throw a ball, carefully (and in a controlled) in to various target hoops. You can increase the level of challenge in different ways including:

  • swapping the ball for a beanbag (or pairs of socks in a ball if you are completing the challenge at home)
  • increase/reduce the size/type of balls
  • increase/reduce the target areas
  • increase/decrease the distance from the target areas
  • introduce a stopwatch and record time taken

Find the Sports Majors and have a go! Why not challenge everyone at home? Will you beat your best?
