Our Latest Beat Your Best Challenge!

21st Jun 2025

The latest BYB challenge devised by our incredible team of Sports Majors is a slalom hockey relay.

The challenge is to use a hockey stick to move a ball in and out of the cones, under control, returning to the line as quickly so the next teammate can go.

Please watch the video put together by our Sports Majors.

You can increase or decrease the level of challenge by having more or less cones and by moving them closer together or further apart. If you do not have a competitor to race against, you can use a stopwatch and race against the time, to see fast you can complete the course. The challenge can also be adapted by using a football that is dribbled, under control, around the course, or basketball that is bounced.

Will you beat your best? Join the Sports Majors each morning break and see!
