The latest BYB challenge, developed by our Sports Majors, is called ‘Beanbag Throw’ and focuses on accuracy and controlled throwing.
The aim of the challenge is for participants to throw beanbags accurately and under control into spaced-out baskets. The level of challenge can be adapted by increasing or reducing the distance between the thrower and the baskets, or by introducing a time limit.
Will your performance improve over the week? Can you beat your personal best?
