Our Latest Beat Your Best Challenge

This week’s Beat Your Best has been inspired by the November Sheffield School Skipathon!

The challenge is to see how many times you can jump over a skipping rope in one minute – either by yourself or as part of a team using the longer ropes.

In our video, the Sports Majors demonstrate a few different techniques for you to try.

Will you be best at the 'criss-cross', 'hopscotch' or the 'traditional' techniques?

Come find us and to show off and develop your skills! Will you improve? Will you beat your best?
