Our BYB Challenge (Week 28)

Our new BYB challenge when we return is also a one that can easily be done at home over the holiday. All you need is a ball or anything similar e.g. a ball of socks. The challenge is to throw it in the air - clap whilst it is in the air - before catching the ball again.

Every time you catch the ball you then have to perform an extra clap, for example the first throw would be one clap; the second would be two claps and so on...
