Our First BYB Challenge of the Year!

The first Beat Your Best of this year is called Hot Potato and is all about passing a ball.

In a small group, stand in a circle and pass the ball between you, either round the circle or randomly. However, the Sport Majors will be counting to ten and if the ball is in your hands at ten then you will be out!

If a regular ball is too easy, why not try a tennis ball or a rugby ball?
