In Mathematics we have been investigating commutative and equivalent multiplication calculations.
We have been representing our investigations using different resources and equipment; creating arrays; and using Numicon to consolidate our developing understanding of what is actually meant when the phrase "multiplied by" is used.
We worked in groups and in pairs discussing and exploring our ideas further and had a real hands on lesson!
