FS2: Learning About Remembrance

In FS2 the children have been learning about the armed forces and why we are thankful to them for keeping us all safe.

The children learned why the poppy is the national symbol of remembrance and used sponge-printing in order to create their own poppies which together filled a class cross wreath which was then presented during our Community Service of Remembrance.
