FS2 Science: Investigating Ice

This week, as part of our wider focus on the season of Winter, the children of FS2 have been investigating ice. 

The children shared their thoughts about the texture of ice and the way it looked. 

They used lots of descriptive language used and shared some really good ideas about how to save the bear from the ice. 

Through the investigation the children learned about melting and how they could increase the speed of melting if they wanted or needed to.
