Y2: Safer Internet Day 2022

8th Feb 2022

The children of Y2 considered these questions as they did some research on online safety and personal information:

  • When might I be asked for my personal information online?
  • What personal information is safe to give out?
  • What should I do if someone I don’t trust asks for my personal information?

We also looed at Looking at online relationships using Project Evolve. The children learnt how to explain why I have a right to say ‘no’ or ‘I will have to ask someone’. I can explain who can help me if I feel under pressure to agree to something I am unsure about or don’t want to do

Reflecting on what they discovered they then created posters to promote how to be safe online.
