Today in Science, as well as continuing the scientific observation of our silk worms, we considered the stages of human growth and used playdough in order to create our own models to demonstrate this. It was a bit tricky but we had great fun, because it made us think, so we learned lots too! We considered different things e.g. what babies can and cannot do when they are very young, and how this changes gradually at each stage of their development. We also thought about the basic needs of all baby animals.
