Today the children investigated different types and vehicles. They paired up newer and older versions of vehicles that had the same purpose and considered the differences and similarities.
They thought particularly carefully about the factors that made them think a vehicles was older. They asked questions like like, 'Have I ever seen this myself?' and recounted what they know as they made statements like, 'I know aeroplanes now have doors and this old one did not'.
