Our Y5 children met with Angela our Sheffield Healthy Minds link-practitioner to explore the importance of mental health and wellbeing. As part of their exploration, the children created their own healthy minds fortune tellers, which displayed a range of strategies to help them regulate different emotions - especially when they feel anxious, sad or angry.
The children found the session really interetsing and we thank Angela and the team at Sheffield Healthy minds for all their support.
