Healthy Eating with Taylor Shaw.

On Thursday we had an excellent workshop with Taylor Shaw who provide our lunchtime food. They talked to us about healthy eating and what we should be eating as part of a healthy diet.

We learnt lots about different food types.

We also made delicious smoothies, the pictures of the children on the bikes are them powering the smoothie mixer!

We had lots of fun.
