Fireman Sam

Today we were visited by the real life fireman Sam.  He showed the children his protective kit, explaining the purpose of each.  He then talked to the class about how to stay safe around matches and the importance of smoke alarms.  The children were all able to say that if they discover a fire, they get, out, stay out and get the fire brigade out (by calling 999).   After the session the children were able to look at the kit.
