Family Fit Boot Camp

For the past month Mr Cross has run a ‘Family Fit Boot Camp’ after school for pupils and parents/carers.

The sessions are on Thursdays at 3.30pm in the parish centre and last about an hour.

There is an accessible circuit training session and a fun challenge.

The emphasis is on having fun.

The sessions will continue for the remainder of the school year and it would great to see even more people attend.
