Earth Day was a wonderful opportunity for the children in FS2 to learn how small changes can help care for our planet. We listened to The Earth Book by Todd Parr and watched informative video clips about looking after our world.
The children will be sharing their ideas, including not wasting paper, turning off taps, switching off lights, and reusing and recycling.
Working in their House teams, the children created beautiful Earth prints using shaving foam and paint. They thoroughly enjoyed the activity and collaborated brilliantly to produce artwork for our display.
