Drama @ SJF

25th Jan 2019

We are delighted to announce that two brand new after-school drama clubs will be launched at the beginning of Term 4. The clubs will be run by Mr Ian Smith who is one of our parents. He is also a qualified drama teacher and professional actor who has appeared on the stage, television and in film. He is very passionate and highly experienced, having run a number of successful and popular groups with young people before.

There will be free ‘taster’ sessions for children in KS1 (Years 1 and 2) on Monday 4th February 2019 and KS2 (Years 3-6) on Thursday 7th February 2019. Letters containing all the details (including times and future costs) will be sent out on Monday 28th January 2019. He plans to run two separate drama sessions each week on different days; one for older children and one for our younger children.

Places will be limited, so please be sure to respond quickly if you wish for your child(ren) to take part.
