Dance to make you feel happy

This morning, we have had a visitor from LINKS to lead a movement session. Katie, encouraged the children to take part in a variety of movements to music and disco lights. The children did a warm up, a series of stretches, a dance and then they finished with a freestyle circle. Everyone enjoyed it and some could even explain why it is important to do physical activity! Ask your child tonight to find out why everyone should do physical activity.
