Y2 Food Technology: Creating a Fruit Salad

13th Jul 2022

In Y2 we have been thinking about what makes a good food product. As part of this we considered who the product was for and what the purpose was.

We decided to make a fruit salad but needed to taste some fruits first in order to decide which ones would make it in to our final product.

Afterwards the Y2 children had to think carefully about which fruits would taste best together as well as how they should be presented so that they looked appetising.

All the children worked incredibly hard and produced some fabulous fruit salads. Well done!
