LINKS Commonwealth Games Event

1st Jul 2022

This week some of the young people from Years 2 and 3 children took part in a special Commonwealth Games event at the EIS, organised by LINKS.

It was a fantastic opportunity to experience a range of different sports. The children were amazing and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the event. They each demonstrated our school and sport values, especially passion and determination! Two of the children were even nominated to be 'Athlete of the Day' by the LINKS Sports Leaders!

We think all of the children were very deserving of the medals and certificates they received and our sincere thanks go to Mrs Broadhead, Mr Johnson and our special friends from the LINKS School Sports Partnership.
