FS2 Science: Bird Watching

This week in FS2 the children have been learning about British garden birds. 

They have been learning to identify and name some of them.  

The children then wrote sentences about some of the birds trying really hard to use their knowledge of phonics when writing. 

Whilst in our outdoor provision the children used a special guide to do some bird spotting, but unfortunately only saw three wood pigeons and a crow!
