In their BYB challenge this week our super Sports Majors inviting everyone to challenge themselves to improve their skipping skills.
The challenge is to improve existing skipping schools and to try new skipping styles. Sports Majors will be on hand every day at morning break, so why not join them, and have a go? They will be on hand to offer tips, guidance and support.
Will you improve over the week? Will you learn new techniques? Will you become more confident, and beat your best?
