Our Beat Your Best Challenge

Our latest BYB challenge will help to develop tennis skills.

Our Sports Majors are challenging everyone to see how many times they can bounce a ball on a tennis racket in 30 seconds.

Start by using two hands and if that is too easy, try using one hand. You can even try to use your non-dominant hand. We love it when you join us in the 'Beat Your Best' area, so please come and find us next week to have a go.
