Y1 Be Safe Be Happy Week 2025: Road Safety

As part of the work we are doing to promote road safety, our Y1 children learned the importance of STOP, LOOK (both ways), LISTEN and THINK before crossing a road. by the end of the session, the children were clear that they must be with an adult and away from parked cars when they cross a road.

After enjoying a story about Super Cat, who helped to promote the key road safety messages we were sharing, the children enjoyed role-playing safe road crossing.
