FS2: Exploring Autumn 🍂

We shared a wonderful book with the children of FS2. After reading “Tidy" we thought about why the badger needed to clean up the forest.

We then went on a walk in order to find different autumn leaves.

We looked at the different colours and considered their shade and tone. 

We compared them using a colour chart.

This is our first autumn walk, we will return to the topic in a few weeks and hopefully the children will be able to see the difference and make comparisons between now and then.
