Advent wreath

Today as part of our class worship the children learned about the Advent wreath; what each candle signifies and how the wreath helps us countdown to Christmas day. 

They knew that Christmas Day was the day we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. 

Then every child added some greenery to make our class wreath look fantastic.

We can't wait to light it during our daily Advent service in class, starting next week.
