We have started learning about 2D flat shapes.

We have been thinking about their names, number of sides and corners and how to describe them using the correct vocabulary.

Can your child spot any examples of 2D flat shapes around the home?

2D flat shapes cannot be picked up!

All shapes that can be picked up are 3D shapes, even if they are very thin.
