Our young Y1 scientists have been considering the differences between wild plants and garden plants.
Wild plants are often refer to as 'weeds', because they can grow where they are not wanted because they self-seed. Everyone enjoyed being detectives hunting for specific wild plants, recording what the leaves and flowers of different varieties looked like. They also measured the plants.
