First Holy Communion 2026

4th Oct 2025

A reminder that registration for First Holy Communion closes on Sunday 5th October 2025.

Receiving the gift of the sacraments is a very important part of every Christian's formation, and and should therefore be supported parents and carers because they are the primary educators of their children in the faith.

This support is crucial for a child's spiritual growth and full initiation into the Catholic faith community. Parental involvement helps children understand the true meaning of the sacraments, strengthens the family's faith, and provides a secure foundation for the child's lifelong spiritual journey. Applications are therefore invited from the parents/carers of children who are currently in Years 3 to 6 and who would like to be part of this year's programme of preparation.

The sacramental programme for First Holy Communion is organised by our friends from the parish of our Lady of Lourdes, and completed forms must be returned on time. Thank you.
