Y1 DT: Evaluating Fruits and Vegetables

22nd Jun 2022

Today the children have been busy evaluating different healthy fruits and vegetables, including some they had not tried before.

They considered texture and taste; trying hard to use good adjectives to describe each one.

As mentioned, lots of our children tried fruits and vegetables that they have not tasted before and many really liked sampling new flavours with many saying that they would be talking to family members at home about the different foods they tried.

Everyone was so proud of the children for being so mature, sensible and open-minded about trying new things.
